What can I say Fantastic. The guys came in on a appalling wet day and brought a ray sunshine with them. Ross and Luke were professional and efficient, took the time to explain what they were doing, did a great job whilst being polite, friendly and funny. I was sorry to see them go. They turned, what had been a nightmare, into a happy ending. Amazing! thank you.

Luke and Ross were so helpful keeping me informed of what was happening thoroughly recommend them and the dog liked them!

Ross & Luke were professional the entire time they were working on the leak at our property, especially in adverse weather conditions. They talked through each stage which was easy to understand and insightful plus were polite throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Stuart and Kris , came to install my Calor tank Base and run the pipes to the house, great couple of guys. work efficiently through the rain, left the site very clean even though it was a muddy environment. explained what and how they would be doing for me whilst they were there and what the next step where for me to do. a very good job done by a couple nice guys, thanks

Luke and Kris, were the two chaps who came to instal gas pipe. Firstly asked if I was aware of them coming, introduced themselves and got on with the job. This was not particularly easy with the ground in our area, but they persevered, probably took longer than normally would. They cleared up and made everything back to normal, thanked us for making drinks, were extremely pleasant, polite and friendly. This was a positive experience of the work man in the home.

Scout Hut installation. The team (Stuart, Kris and Luke) from impactu were great completing the groundwork and running the pipework for the gas tank. Very friendly guys, Completed the work very efficiently and were very helpful in their recommendations regarding the follow on activities.

This company are efficient very reliable turning up when they said & returning e.mails very promptly I would recommend them to anybody The crew were polite, got on with the job keeping us informed a long the way & left out property exactly how they found it Would never know they had been.

Ross and Luke came out to search and trace a pipe leak under concrete in my garage; having to move fitted cabinets in the process. Within 2 hours, the pipe had been found, cut, replaced, tested, floor repaired, and the cabinets refitted. Friendly, knowledgeable, good clean job. Highly recommended.

Ross, Kris and Luke were a very friendly, hard working and professional team who did a fine job. The only negative to their work was a poor clean up on the gravel driveway before they left. They did have a long trip back to base which may have accounted for this. A pity as I would have given them 5 stars

Both Ross and Luke were very much punctual in arriving at the the property and starting the work on time. They understood the requirements clearly and implemented the way i wanted the water mains to be inside the property. Cleaned the whole area where they worked nicely. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for water mains replacement.

Quick response from Impact Utilities when I contacted them after noticing a lot of water on the driveway and ascertained that it was a leak from the water mains pipe under the drive. After accepting the fair quotation, the job was promptly booked in and Ross and Luke did a very efficient job in very hot weather replacing the old water mains pipe with a new one (using a ‘mole bore’ in 3 places) as well as fitting a new stopcock inside the house. The paving stones were all put back in place afterwards, and the works are guaranteed for 25 years and Water Board certified.

Really superb piece of work from Ross and Luke replacing my water supply pipe. Very neat work and cleaned up excellently after themselves.

Having a water leak on my property and losing one litre every four seconds – I was incredibly impressed by the speed and efficiency of both Ross and Luke in fixing the leak. Both are very professional, have a keen eye for detail and making good. Very impressed and would highly recommend them and the firm.

After finding out we had a mains water leak between meter and our stopcock which was located in the centre of the house the panic set in as we have only recently renovated most of the downstairs where the mains runs into the house . The thought of concrete having to be dug up the panic set in. Luckerly we came up with a solution to lay a new pipe to a more suitable location. I had the pleasure of Ross and Jack to do the work. They were bang on time and very polite, were happy for me to be nosey as I was interested in how they did it etc. They explained what they were doing and took boots off when came into the house. They put everything back as they found it and were done at a good pace. Would recommend and use again for anything of this sort of nature.
