First time I've had to reach out to customer support. They really need to learn customer service. My package was shipped back to them for their mistake. Instead of sending a new package they make me wait till it gets back to the warehouse before reshipping my order. Not a good way to keep customer's. I order twice a month from them and will be looking for a new vendor.
Had an issue with delivery and it was corrected quickly without complaint. Love the juice. You guys are the best.

Overall experience is awesome, Jordan has been great to work with. We received our order of humble DK on time and in full. The only reason for 4 stars is that we still haven't received the remainder of the samples we requested. This will be our 3rd time requesting said samples. We are looking to expand our inventory and add another humble e-liquid to our shop but without those samples we may have to look elsewhere. I would prefer to try once more because I feel I owe it Jordan for taking care of us and I'm sure you guys have been quite busy and it may have just been overlooked. Thank you for your time, looking forward to a follow up.
