First time I've had to reach out to…
First time I've had to reach out to customer support. They really need to learn customer service. My package was shipped back to them for their mistake. Instead of sending a new package they make me wait till it gets back to the warehouse before reshipping my order. Not a good way to keep customer's. I order twice a month from them and will be looking for a new vendor.
