We had got a rancid bottle of ice sweater puppets. When I called Daisy answered my plea. We sent in a photo of the code on the bottle. It came up as fine but we knew better. Daisy was able to send a replacement bottle and it was like night and day between the first and the second bottle. The replacement bottle was perfect. I have never had a bad experience from humble the 2 years I have been ordering from them but something was wrong with this last batch. I opened sweeter puppets up first and every titimtitime i would use it it would leak EVERY WHERE. Every time it would go down the sides of my tank and mod. Two days ago I opened smash mouth and if it wasnt leaking too. Well today I went to go fill my tank up and the WHOLE lid popped off and the pretty much full bottle went all over the floor hopefully the next order isnt like this.
The juice is great, the prices are great. I could not be happier. The only thing that bugs me is THE CONSTANT BEGGING FOR REVIEWS!!! It's overkill. I've given at least 2 or 3 excellent 5-star reviews, but every time I order, I just get bombarded with review requests. It's like a needy girlfriend with self esteem issues constantly begging for validation! So, I'll say it like this, Humble: Yes, you're pretty. And no, those pants don't make you look fat! The fact that I'm with you should prove that I enjoy being with you. Now STFU!!!
