We had got a rancid bottle of ice sweater puppets. When I called Daisy answered my plea. We sent in a photo of the code on the bottle. It came up as fine but we knew better. Daisy was able to send a replacement bottle and it was like night and day between the first and the second bottle. The replacement bottle was perfect. Thank you Daisy for making our first problem with your product, hopefully our last problem. She is amazing. Angelina leed
