The actual trainer and content was…really good
The actual trainer and content was really good .The issue I had was actually being allowed into the teams meeting . The link on my email didnt work . I had to phone HSS and then ask them to help me . They then phoned the trainer who didnt answer the phone . I finally got onto the teams meeting after I was sent another link however all this took time and I didnt get onto the course until 9am whereas we were supposed to log in at 8.30am . Luckily the course revison and content hadnt started .

Good Intractive session with clear understandable presentation, Presenter briefed with all good knowledge that could be used in my day to day activities. Good Housekeeping with limited parking space.

The trainer made the course great
The trainer made the course great, people tend to loose interest/concentration when faced with a lot of videos and or paper work, Dale explained everything very well and in a way were it was engaging! Which in turn geve me a lot of confidence going into my theory test and practical!
