This was my second time attending this…
This was my second time attending this training and it was just as excellent as it was the first time. Excellent presentation of the course by the instructor. I would recommend it it and will be attending again in the future when mine has run out.

Could be better.
Training facilities at the West Bromwich Depot were not of a standard we expected with no option for HSS to provide any lunch. Trainer Martin was quite thorough with his information and interacted with the group well, but was also bemused to why HSS had booked a coarse that was logistically challenging for all parties when there was availability local to us.
