Instructor delivered the slides and information clearly and concisely. Each morning we started with a core exercise which taught us how to essentially begin creating our own sites, but also kept us engaged throughout the course.

Enthusiastic and helpful Training The teacher was trying to keep the whole group together and interested whilst talking about a topic, not everyone was on the same level. Also the scope of the knowledge that needed to be transferred was a lot, but he managed to present everything and in a understandable way. Also for foreigners as me (German), everything was clear and understandable.

Al Furminger was a fantastic instructor
Al presented the course material in a very digestible manner, his communication skills ensured all learners understood the principles of safely working in confined spaces. I had some issues with my place on the course due to my company not paying for the course in advance, instead of turning me away Al went out of his way to accommodate me on the course.

Absolutely horrendous the time that I…
Absolutely horrendous the time that I have had to wait to get a certificate for test I sat which I was told straight away I had passed!! I’m currently 2 weeks out of work as still awaiting the “proper pass certificate” . Come on, nearly everyone that sits this test needs the certificate straight away
