The trainer arrived 45 Minutes late to…
The trainer arrived 45 Minutes late to the session. He shouted and targeted certain individuals one of them being myself. He refused to allow any time due to his lateness to explain in good time. He took personal calls throughout the session and also fell asleep multiple times

A full day of instruction but very well presented and resourced. The CITB Construction site health and safety book is a great reference document. A good location for the course, accessible, comfortable class room and good facilities.
