The attitude and approach wrapped up in a bundle of patience from Brian my instructor. I am very slow and not good at using joystick to operate machine or so hence found it difficult to manage the MEWPS, nevertheless the encouragement received from Brian showed at what's extent his inclusiveness made it possible for me to pass it. I was the last one to leave the site due to my slowness as mentioned above, I describe myself as a turtle on vodka trying to climb mountain Kilimanjaro therefore if you lack patience with me then I won't blame you, under the heat exhaustion of around 35°C faced up to the slowest trainee ever in myself but forever grateful to Brian positive attitude and never ending encouragement to make everyone feeling welcome. Kudos to Brian( my instructor) and hopefully future more students will feel encouraged by my experience and why not bringing him more customers. Thanks
