Not a great first impression …
First regular clean booked for today between 9am and 12pm. At 11:45, with no sign of the cleaner, I used the chat function in the app to find out whether try were coming. Response was the cleaner had an emergency and couldn't make it. Why wasn't I told that without having to enquire. The clean is niw rescheduled for Monday, but I'm unsettled by the whole experience today. Not a great first impression!!
