Both of the packages of bolts were not sealed and some parts are missing. Also I do not understand why I was charged 2 separate shipping charges when everything was shipped to me in the same box.
Slow response, order was changed because parts were damaged, and then slow to get new order made. Needed materials asap and ended up almost being delivered to late to still need it.

Great source of difficult to find hardware. Needed heavy duty gate hardware for a security gate on my carport. Customer service was great helping me decide on what I needed. Minus one star due to what I felt were excessive fees and shipping. My order was received timely but with no notification of second half of order shipping progress. Had to call CS back for that.

Great help from customer service both ordering and tracking the order. One issue is the truck the items were shipped on. It was way too small to handle the panels.
Finally I’m able to complete my storm shelter door gate bolt latches with galvanized versions found exactly matched to original plans. Happy customer.

The quality of the product was great and the service was fantastic.
Their customer service is not helpful, and they seem to pick-and-choose what questions they will respond to and ignore others. They also were not helpful with problems with the shipping company that they use - the shipping company called once and left a message, then didn't respond when I called twice. Then Hoover contacted me and didn't leave a VM, then sent an email about me not answering my phone (in the middle of a work day when I wasn't available), and instead of helping me resolve it, came across abrupt and irritated. We spent a LARGE amount of money with this company, and would not do it again based on our experience.
