The washing feature is nice but honestly these feel more like fancy bath mats than actual rugs. For the price point, I expected something more substantial.

Finally found rugs that can handle my two dogs. Easy to wash and they look great after multiple cycles.

Love the final result but getting the rug to lay flat on the pad took some patience and effort. The corners kept curling up for the first few weeks. Once settled though, it looks and feels great.

The rug quality is fantastic and I love being able to throw it in the washing machine. However, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive which was frustrating since I needed it for a party. The customer service was helpful when I called to check on the status though.
Perfect for my apartment since I can take it with me when I move. The removable top makes storage easy too. Quality is good though not exceptional for the price range.
Had an issue with my order arriving damaged and their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They sent a replacement immediately and even included a small discount on my next purchase. The rug itself washes beautifully and fits perfectly in my kitchen.
The concept is brilliant and the rugs are beautiful, but the rug pad is quite expensive and you really need it for the system to work properly. Without it, the rug slides around constantly. Wish they were more upfront about this additional cost when marketing the 'complete' rug price.
These rugs have completely changed how I think about home decor. Being able to wash them regularly means I can actually have light-colored rugs again! The quality is solid and they've held up well to frequent washing.
As someone with young kids, being able to easily wash these rugs is a game changer. The designs are stylish too. My only complaint is that they're thinner than traditional rugs, so don't expect that plush feeling underfoot.
Initially hesitant about the price but after six months of use, I'm completely sold. The convenience factor alone justifies the cost, and the rug still looks brand new after dozens of washes.
The idea is fantastic but the velcro system doesn't hold as securely as I'd hoped. The rug shifts around more than I'd like, especially in high-traffic areas. Customer service was helpful but couldn't really solve the core issue.
The washable aspect works well and the patterns are nice. However, after several washes I've noticed some slight fading on the darker colors. Still functional but not as vibrant as when new.
