PayPal payment pending issue resolved
The customer care team suggested using my credit card instead of PayPal due to payment issues and low stock. When both payments went through, they promptly canceled one, removed it from dispatch, and refunded me. I had to send a few emails to confirm the payment and request the cancellation, but they handled it quickly once received. Very happy with my new patio heater .
