Thank you for your reply to my review on 18 June. I have emailed ( to steve at wudhus) photos and a video taken by another aerial company I had to pay to do the work that should have been carried out originally. 3 year guarantee means nothing

The engineer was very polite
The engineer was very polite, gave me all the options, I chose to have the aerial in the loft, I got the loft ladder down, showed him where the light switch was for the loft, he got all his kit ; fitted the new aerial, checked both televisions, and left everything at 100%. Thanks
