Excellent job done

Paul who did the job of fitting my TV aerial came on time . Agreed on the price Paul got to work had the job done in no time at all . Tuned my TV channels in which I'm thankful for . Told me I had an issue with my roof that needs attention . Was a really helpful guy can't thank him enough brilliant . Highly recommend this company excellent

Same day service was good

Same day service was good, but took longer than the hour to arrive as quoted on the phone. Felt it was expensive for a cable extension to have to pay Β£244.50

I contacted HDS on Saturday at 5 pm and Holly responded immediately to arrange for an engineer to attend on Monday. I received a call on Sunday to confirm the appointment and by 8.30 am on Monday morning my satellite dish was working again. I found the company very efficient in all of their dealings and the engineer very knowledgeable and helpful. A great company I'd highly recommend.

New outside Ariel fitted…

From the beginning booking on line was easy and then the phone calls quick and prompt after the inspection price for the job was received and done straight away the Ariel fitter was very nice and helpful and did a great job

The engineer knew what the problem was…

The engineer knew what the problem was before I said anything just by seeing my satellite dish. Problem solved within half an hour. Very satisfied.

Failed to arrive or contact

It all seemed an efficient online booking system, I waited in until past the alloted time but no visit nor any contact to offer a rearrangement. Going to a local company where I can talk to a real person.
