I was visited by Mark, who was extremely helpful, and managed to provide an extension to the aerial point in my home. He was very efficient, and I found the whole experience to be hassle-free, thank you!
The work was done very satisfactory by a really helpful and competent man called Lee.
The company called upfront to give a more accurate arrival time and Jamie, the technician arrived within the time scale. On arrival, his advice was good and the finished job was satisfactory.

Fabulous communication throughout. I have a holiday accommodation where none of the TVs were working. Came the very next day at the time stated and fixed the problem there and then. Friendly and polite chap who explained the problem and the solution very clearly. Would totally recommend.

John our installer was very polite & efficient He introduced himself on arrival, got stuck in & completed the job The weather was extremely hot & having to work on the roof & also in the loft ,what can i say !!!.WELL DONE would highly recommend

Called HDS the engineer (Jake E9321) called right on time and the job with my aerial was done and completed in a very professional manner would always call HDS if needed again

Free quote went as planned but when we said we were going to get more quotes..the engineer returned to put the TV and stand back in place but didn't connect the cable... my elderly parent was unable to do this herself.
