I was visited by Mark, who was extremely helpful, and managed to provide an extension to the aerial point in my home. He was very efficient, and I found the whole experience to be hassle-free, thank you!
The work was done very satisfactory by a really helpful and competent man called Lee.
The company called upfront to give a more accurate arrival time and Jamie, the technician arrived within the time scale. On arrival, his advice was good and the finished job was satisfactory.

Appointment made for next day, Stuart our Technician arrived on time with all necessary parts to complete the job. He was very friendly and explained what needed to be done, he carried out his work with great enthusiasm and diligence leaving no mess. Very impressed, would not hesitate to use this company again.

Waited all day for an aierial engineer. Changed time of appointment several times. Phoned as was told engineer would arrive by 4pm. Received an automated message from a suspected spam number informing me they wouldn't be coming. Phoned customer service, answered by a rude woman who put the phone down on me. Phoned back and got an equally rude woman. Dont waste your time!!!! You have asked for more details. I wasn't given a booking reference. I have just clicked the link you sent and noticed I am still booked for rescheduled appt today when I phoned Saturday and cancelled. I have cancelled myself. Not good customer service

Jake did a great job of rerouting aerial cables and adding a new cable and a splitter/booster box to my roof aerial. He checked all of my connections and signal strength plus he fitted new plug ends where needed. Nothing was too much trouble and he cleared up everything before he left.
