After eighteen years of good service my 120cm Britannia Double oven range cooker received some over due TLC. The engineer (Nick) arrived promptly and demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the Britannia appliance and refurbished & repaied the unit. The service was professional throughout and provided me with confidence that all repairs were at the highest standard and conformed to health and safety regulations.

Easy booking process for a repair. Nick texted in the morning to confirm his arrival time, and he confidently repaired the faulty oven switch and door hinges very quickly with parts he kept on the van. He also answered queries I had about the oven, and we had a pleasant chat whilst as this was happening. Highly recommended.

A brilliant team! Michael gave me faith after days of being given the run around by another engineer. Michael ascertained very quickly that the brand new range cooker was in fact faulty! (Two faults to be precise.) A mixed relief as the previous engineer from the supplier hadn’t even really bothered to check the appliance at all and insisted our fuse board needed modification. If you are even vaguely considering getting an induction range oven please discuss it with this wonderful team first.

Absolutely fantastic refurbishment of my range cooker. 100 percent professional and a fabulous result. It is an old Britannia ceramic hob electric cooker with 6 plates. All the plates now boil and simmer. The ovens close properly and hold temperature. Really worth while a great result.

We have an 18-year-old Britannia range cooker and the main oven had stopped working. Nick arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem (failed switch) and fixed it in about 20 minutes. In addition, he replaced a broken lens on a warning light, fixed a faulty ignition, noticed a screw was missing on a gas hob and replaced it, and replaced an oven lamp bulb. He also gave us tips on how best to use the different fan oven options, which we'd never managed to work out from the manual. We mentioned that the ovens didn't keep very good temperature- something that we'd had a guy from Britannia come twice to fix, and who'd replaced the thermostats. Nick tested the ovens and *adjusted* the thermostats (no need to replace them). Everything now working nicely and will hopefully last another 18 years!

I have a 20-year-old Majestic range cooker. When the gas oven went on the blink, I feared it was doomed, and me too. New cooker nightmare. But the man from Home Counties range cooker repairs came round and sorted it out inside of an hour. Here’s hoping I can get another 20 years out of the old girl!

He knows the Britannia range back to front and can quickly put right anything that needs to be seen to. His professionalism also extends to the tidiness he exercises when in one's home and the courtesy he shows his clients. In our case he went over and above his remit, as a gas flow had been detected by SGN the day after he visited us - possibly a careless handling of the cooker on our part - and not only did he immediately reply to our concerned message but also promptly returned the following morning, to identify the problem. We recommend him unreservedly and know he's the best you can engage in the South of England.

Excellent full service from Nick. He replied promptly to my email enquiry and attended our home within a week. He replaced parts on my 2007 Britannia Range oven that were causing issues. He also adjusted both ovens so that they run at the temperature requested. Nick clearly has a lot of experience with Britannia products and was very professional throughout, I would highly recommend him.

Prompt reliable and efficient service. Appointment arranged within a week of initial contact. Repair engineer arrived on time. My Britannia range cooker is twenty four years old, other companies contacted could only suggest replace the cooker, parts not available. The repair engineer had a wide experience with the make and all the (many) parts required in his van!! Work efficiently and with great expertise, courteous and good humoured. Left us with a cooker which now works like new. All in all a superb, proffesional business which I can thoroughly recommend.

Pleasent suprise to find that Nick had every part he could possibly need already in his van. No having to order parts and come back later. Replaced door hinges on our Ilve Range in 20 minutes. I mentioned that we had difficulty lighting some of the burners, Nick asked if we wanted that sorting out ( not part of initial enquiry ). Parts in van, sorted in a few minutes. Brilliant service.
