Nick provides a great service at a very fair price and is really helpful and easy to deal with. He got our Ilve range working again and immediately recognised the issue. We’d certainly recommend his services.
Nick was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. The attention to detail was refreshing from using yoga mats to protect the surfaces and equipment to the care taken when working on the gas cooker not to damage or scratch anything. The full service covered everything a full barrage of tests on the entire oven. The replacement parts were in the engineers van, we had all 6 heating coils replaced, a couple of igniters weren't working, and a couple of hob dials needed adjusting. finally Nick calibrated the oven temperature to the dials to make sure it was accurate. Generally very happy with the communication, prompt arrival and professional service. Highly recommend this service and I will be calling them in the future for any oven repairs that may pop up.
Extremely happy with service. We have used this company before and cannot recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable staff, thorough with both services and repairs. Straight forward explanation of what needs to be done and always confirm the price of parts and labour onsite to get permission to proceed. Parts are always on board so no need for a return visit. Genuine pride in work too. We won't use anyone else!
