Competitive price for the Team Magic E6 III HX, with free shipping option. Thought it would take probably 5-6 days to arrive, but much to my surprise, I got it in 2 days. Hats off to HRP. By the way, my grandson and I love this truck. Now ..... HRP needs to begin stocking replacement and option parts for this monster truck. I know this is a new product, but rc owners will always need new parts.
Slow to send out product and excessive shipping cost. If the products were available somewhere else I would not do business with this company. I have only placed two orders with this company. It was NOT shipped out on Monday. A week later I received it on Monday June 29, 2015. The SECOND order I placed with them was on Friday July 17, 2015 (Front Hubs for a Team C TS4) and was not shipped out until Thursday July 23, 2015 at 10:41 am. This is from USPS tracking records. So, it still takes your company three to four days to get an order on it's way. If this is the order you were replying to, it shows even more negligence concerning customer service.

My experience has been great with HRP. very helpful and have almost all the products I need. Out of stock on some things sometimes but thats understandable, no worries. I did call the help line to assist me with finding my package and that went extremely well. packages show up in a timely matter and I have had no issues to speak of.
A few times I tried to order the chrome spray. Most of the times it is not in stock, and when I get a message that it is back in stock and I want to order again the same story. The site does allow (via ebay) to order spraycans and than I get a refund because it is not possible to send spraycans overseas.
After using amainhobbies for years, I recently decided to try HRP. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of their shipping.
I ordered some helicopter parts on Sunday night and used a different billing address which made it necessary for them to call and verify my information. Even with the delay I received my parts on the Wednesday following the order in full. Service was great for me.
The speed controls are top notch work smooth and flawlessly. As with HRP their service is always tops. Fast shipment and products arrived in perfect condition.
By far the best online hobby site on the internet today, i would recommend this site to anyone who wants top notch products with top notch service!!!!!

No problems with the order or delivery. I didn't know when to expect delivery, so I needed to keep an eye out. A tracking number would have been nice (at least to know when it was shipped). I will be using them again.
Now that HRP carries ThunderTiger stuff, they will definitely see more of my future business but the shipping options are strange. They wanted almost $23 to ship USPS and about $10 for Fedex. I always choose USPS so I don't have to wait for something to be dropped off at my door but not this time. USPS option was just too expensive. I got my wheels in good amount of time but I didn't like the inconvenience of watching my door all day for Fedex to arrive. Stuff gets stolen off front door steps, not from inside mail boxes. HRP needs to make USPS shipping option better priced.
First order was a breeze. All items except for one were in stock. HRP contacted me immediately and asked whether to replace, back order or cancel the item that was unavailable. I chose to replace with similar product (tire compound). They immediately made the change and shipped the items without delay. Super smooth and easy!! Thanks HRP!!

Great products, delivered quickly! I do however wish you would carry more brand names such as Xray, Serpent, etcetera for RC cars and parts.
