Slooooooow Shipping At A High Cost
Slow to send out product and excessive shipping cost. If the products were available somewhere else I would not do business with this company. I have only placed two orders with this company. EDIT: After seeing the response from the company, here are the REAL facts: Ordered: Monday 06/22/2015 PayPal Payment: Jun 22, 2015 Time: 16:11:05 PDT Shipping Info from USPS: *June 29, 2015 , 10:05 am Delivered, In/At Mailbox LUBBOCK, TX 79413 *June 29, 2015 , 7:03 am Arrived at Post Office LUBBOCK, TX 79413 *June 25, 2015 , 8:21 am Departed USPS Facility SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84199 *June 25, 2015 , 7:34 am Arrived at USPS Origin Facility SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84199 *June 25, 2015 , 6:19 am Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84104 *June 23, 2015 , 3:53 pm Shipping Label Created SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84104 So, as you see, it took three days, (Thursday June 25th) after I placed the order and paid for it to be shipped out. It was NOT shipped out on Monday. A week later I received it on Monday June 29, 2015. The SECOND order I placed with them was on Friday July 17, 2015 (Front Hubs for a Team C TS4) and was not shipped out until Thursday July 23, 2015 at 10:41 am. This is from USPS tracking records. So, it still takes your company three to four days to get an order on it's way. If this is the order you were replying to, it shows even more negligence concerning customer service.
