Two stars because of unexpected freebies. Ordered item (Craghoppers re-proofing spray) was non-functional - sent two messages to inform of this but had no response.

The ordering process was straightforward. The item was delivered in 5 days via Post Office who provided advance notification of delivery date and time. Ordering from HB&R was a satisfactory experience.
The right product, delivered on time and at a great price.
Got a great deal on a bike workshop stand. It was packaged well and arrived in good time. We didn't need to have any interaction with the staff as everything went swimmingly.
Ordered on 12/24/21 and still haven't received any info on shipping. Have tried to reach out but haven't received any response. I would like to know the status of my order.
Everything about this purchase seemed to be so good until the item arrived, unfortunately the item was too small and I have had to return the item to yourselves it was supposed to be xxx in size but was nowhere near that size as I have other jackets that size which fit me great one disappointed customer as I really liked this jacket but that was the biggest size available
I just bought a Burley Tail Wagon dog trailer. The price from Hike Bike and Ride was super competitive. The trailer arrived ahead of promised delivery date, thank you. The Tail Wagon is brilliant, we did our first trip in it yesterday and our dog loved it.
Ordered a coat and came within a few days. All as described
