I was not able to log back into my…
I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

Brilliant course
Brilliant course. I was very apprehensive to book an online first aid course. Having attended many face to face over the years I can honestly say you come away with exactly the same knowledge , if not at stages better understanding. Would recommend anyone to take this course and have the confidence to use it should you need to. Thank you, Gilly.

The training was fine
The training was fine. The only problem I had with it was the detailed description of asbestos and history concerned. I am more concerned by the practical application of recognising and avoiding asbestos and what to do if I came across it. The rest was unnecessary padding.
