My watch is just amazing. The colour is so beautiful it changes when you move your wrist. The quality is just perfect and for the price I can’t believe how affordable it is for all the details and work they put in there I will definitely browse through their website and see if I can get a different watch for switching them now and then I truly love my watch and I’m going to buy from Henrys watches more and give them out to my loved ones for presents

Sold on the basis it is an old experienced craftsman. Truth is they are mass produced in China and of dubious quality. No instruction, No guarantee, Dials that do not move, Buttons that do not work. Frankly I could buy the same or better at my local market for considerably less.

Watch does not keep time. Unable to change the date. A cheap uncomfortable strap. Slow delivery. Probably comes from China. A waste of money

Nothing really. Didn't realise watch came from China, picture portrays an old man who seems to be working in a small workshop. The stop watch doesn't seem to be working, so emailed Henry's Watches customer service requesting help or refund but no response 6 days days later. Not that impressed.

There were some small issues when the watch arrived, but their customer service was so helpful and responsive. It was a pleasure to interact with them, and I'm thrilled with the watch!
