Hello baby we’re great when we came for a early reassurance scan. I was very upset and anxious and was soon relaxed. They also gave us a preview of our baby in 4D highly recommended, all staff were so lovely and friendly.

I won a competition and was so excited for the scan I couldn’t wait to see my baby girl especially to see who she would look like as you do I arrived and the whole thing was rushed the place was so crowded people rushed in and out even others complaining it’s not worth so much money for a pop in at all I was not happy at all you couldn’t even see my baby’s face cause she was facing my back I was waiting for 45 minutes and after all that I couldn’t even go back so overall it was a waste of time and will never be going again !!

Came for an early scan at 6 weeks after a Covid scare.. the ladies were all amazing and welcoming.. Thank you all for the reassurance and lovely comforting atmosphere ❤

I went to hello baby for my first ever scan with my daughter & absolutely loved my experience! So I went back to find out her gender & she was a little girl💖 a year later and I’m expecting my second, I went to hello baby again to find out the gender the earliest I could because I was too excited!! They managed to fit me in on the day when they were fully booked & I found out I was having a little boy💙 I would 100% recommend this place, I felt so comfortable and happy with every experience, all the staff were lovely and the shop is so cute with so many ways to reveal the gender and little cute outfits😍xx

Staff are lovely Very professional and friendly, clean and welcoming service. Satisfactory Slightly pricey but can’t complain

Absolutely amazing and beautiful experience to find out I was having a baby boy! I loved it so much, I just want to have a 4D scan now to see my beautiful baby boy! I’d definitely recommend the staff, so welcoming and lovely! Made me feel so comfortable :)

Had a fab experience with hello baby she knew our baby’s gender right away and let us come back as baby was stubborn and wouldn’t turn around. Can’t wait to re visit for a 4D scan 💙💙💙

I absolutely adore this place and have visited here multiple times with all 3 of my pregnancies. Katie is so lovely and takes her time with the scan so you don’t feel rushed and even rebooks you in if you can’t get good photos or what you went in for. After 7-8 years of business from us you will definitely continue to get it in the future if we have anymore. Thank you so much!

Visited the clinic a couple of weeks ago for an early pregnancy scan; the place is beautifully set out and the receptionist was absolutely lovely. When going in for my actual scan the lovely lady who did it for me was so nice and kind and put me right at ease I never thought I could have any children so to actually see my baba was a wonderful experience and I was so emotional. Couldn’t recommend the place enough and I’ve booked to go again in a few weeks for an early gender scan. Ladies if you want to visit somewhere for private scans THIS is the place to visit wouldn’t go anywhere else

Staff where brilliant when attending to see my first grandson!

Ordered a toddler rocker, waited for the 48 Royal Mail delivery, never came. I emailed them and they said that they didn't have the chair in stock... and if I would accept a different one. This was on the day the chair was supposed to arrive!? I went on to the website and it doesn't say this chair is out of stock, it says there are 4 left. Once I came to Trust Pilot and read the reviews I quickly understood and just asked for a refund.

I want to give you a high rating but I never really received my parcel (waited almost a whole month and the issue was from your end): You forgot to state any clear information on the content of the parcel at the customs declaration. However since it is a pandemic and misunderstandings as well as delays can happen, my review brings up the mark to 2 stars. Hope to get my refund soon.

I ordered the Kidsaw Changing Table Topper for Ikea Malm. The topper is far from being suitable for Malm as described on their website. The white colour is a different white colour. The texture of the topper is wood grain, not smooth like a malm unit. Furthermore, the topper creates a gap on the side, it is not flush as in the pictures. The customer service was horrendous. I have never ever experienced anything like this. I told them all about the issues and they still refuse after several emails to let me return the item for free. They say they described it correctly on their website so therefore I need to pay for the return myself. For this not even a returns form is created. DO NOT ORDER THERE!!!!

Ordered a bath seat that was supposed to fit up to a 10 month old. Didn't even come close to fitting my 7 month old. Company wouldn't even accept a return saying it was used despite the fact that I had told them I couldn't even use it.

Very responsive customer service but still no sight of my part. I ordered a bike seat that showed as being in stock. I got an email saying they weren’t in stock but I could wait. Annoying but understandable in the current climate. The main issue was when the item arrived and had a broken part. It’s been over a month now since I informed them. They’ve agreed to source the replacement. 10 emails later and I’ve been informed my issue is important but I’ve no idea when or if this part will arrive.

Absolutely faultless service from Hello Baby. I ordered a dolls house and it arrived within 3 days of ordering. Good communication and product exactly as described. Would definitely use again!
