Very responsive customer service but…
Very responsive customer service but still no sight of my part. I ordered a bike seat that showed as being in stock. I got an email saying they weren’t in stock but I could wait. Annoying but understandable in the current climate. The main issue was when the item arrived and had a broken part. It’s been over a month now since I informed them. They’ve agreed to source the replacement. 10 emails later and I’ve been informed my issue is important but I’ve no idea when or if this part will arrive.
