I love their beer! It's awesome, one of the best in the market. I have a great experience since I became a customer. Everyone should try Heineken beers.

Schijnheilig bedrijf die bier met de naam Heineken niet aan Rusland levert, maar alle andere biermerken van deze firma wel. Lijkt Shell wel met dit soort trukjes. Nooit meer Heineken bier in huis.
SHOCKINGLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! how do they even have any customers left?? They use a company for deliveries that just don't care about the customer or the businesses they deliver to, they are rude, selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, ignorant and most probably the cheapest service Heineken can find. They don't let you know when the delivery will be and expect you to be on site out of hours and if you are not at a premises sometimes 5 hours before opening when they are they will drive away not allowing you any time to meet them and Heineken expect you to then pay for a courier to deliver you're order the next day or you wait a whole week when it is their delivey companies incompetence that is at fault. There is no business sense or even common sense in treating your customers like this Heineken, you are wasting staff wages, customers time and petrol operating in this way. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere with a higher regard and appreciation for their customers, if you are thinking of using them as a supplier DONT!

I am a pub landlord and can’t begin to tell you how bad the Heineken service has been over the last three years. I’ve now just simply given up. What kind of company calls you (from an automated system) for you to make your order and then simply puts you on hold… for half an hour or more. Until you finally put the phone down and order from a ‘local’ supplier. This happened repeatedly. I’ve now just given up with them and use smaller suppliers with a far superior idea of ‘customer service’.

I was looking for a zero alcohol option that tasted pretty good and I could walk into almost any bar in the world and order and I would know they would stock it. Heineken 0.0 is that beer. It is my go to beer of choice.

Een experimenteel 'vaccin' propageren in je commercials en daarmee ongevaccineerden discrimineren, wat een onzalig bedrijf voer je dan. Lees voor 'vaccinated' 'blanken', 'christenen', 'heteros', of welke groepering dan ook en de wereld is te klein, hoezo wordt dit wel geaccepteerd. Een schandvlek op de naam Heineken, die hopelijk het bedrijf fataal wordt. Hier nooit meer producten van Heineken.
