SHOCKINGLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE AND…

SHOCKINGLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! how do they even have any customers left?? They use a company for deliveries that just don't care about the customer or the businesses they deliver to, they are rude, selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, ignorant and most probably the cheapest service Heineken can find. They don't let you know when the delivery will be and expect you to be on site out of hours and if you are not at a premises sometimes 5 hours before opening when they are they will drive away not allowing you any time to meet them and Heineken expect you to then pay for a courier to deliver you're order the next day or you wait a whole week when it is their delivey companies incompetence that is at fault. There is no business sense or even common sense in treating your customers like this Heineken, you are wasting staff wages, customers time and petrol operating in this way. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere with a higher regard and appreciation for their customers, if you are thinking of using them as a supplier DONT!
