For some reason, a number of recent shipments have been damaged in transit.Typically, it's one of the two cases that are delivered every two weeks.To Hallstein's credit, the replacement is shipped almost immediately, and arrives two days later. It's a great product/

Water notifications are sent when shipping will arrive. Works well as we can have someone at home to receive. Boxes are very thick, preventing minimal damage. When an accident occurred, I received multiple emails to rectify the problem. Really like the glass bottles to take on the go.

Usually have zero issues and the water is fantastic. The one time shipping destroyed the product they made it right and sent me a whole new batch no questions asked.

I absolutely love your water and I think your organization is a real class act! In the world of too many plastics I wish however we could figure out a way not to have the jugs in plastic, but I know Glass would be horribly dangerous and expensive and then what else can we do? What are the other options? A organic wax lined box? I don’t know just thinking out loud.

I love the taste of Hallstein Water and it’s comforting to know that there are no microplastics like in bottled water. Their customer service is excellent and if we drink too much in a month I can easily adjust my ship schedule. Two thumbs up!
