I required some rust primer so went on the Halfords website and searched and found some Nitromors grey rust primer/proofer, checking stock there were 2 available in my local store so I placed an order for collection. 30 minutes later I had notification email that there was a change to my order, I checked and they had cancelled my order, no explanation, nothing.

I purchased a rear facing mirror for my car so that my son could take his driving test in it. On the day of the test I discovered that the mirror didn’t fit. Panic mode drove to my local store in Lowestoft where a staff member called Carol helped me. She quickly realised that the mirror didn’t fit and found me another and helped me fit it. She was so helpful and patient. And my son went on to pass his test!

i would like to leave a comment on Jack from your newtonabbey belfast store. I went into get a paint match for my scratch on my car and Jack was more than helpful to me, very knowledgable, polite and nothing was a bother. very impressed with the customer service. this young man needs commended, thanks jack

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff, in particular to Sam at the Uckfield Halfords store. I had ordered a bike for my son online, for the store to assemble together; then I changed my mind and asked to order a different bike model- the staff were very accomodating to this, despite it creating much more work for them. Then after all that, the bike was too big for my son, so had to return it- ended up getting the original purchase! Sam was very helpful, professional and polite at all times. The bike has been well assembled. Yet to be used- so can’t comment on the bike so much- but the staff were exemplary. Thank you.
