Nice clothes but be sure you know your EXACT size. They charge €5 for postage. If you have to return, you will incur a €3 charge plus they also charge €5 for the return postage. On an item that was €55. I paid €60. I requested to return due to sizing and my refund was €52.

Store staff were pleasant and professional as always. Store always looks expertly presented and super clean. Credit to the staff for keeping such high standards. Thanks again [blue hat guy ;)]

What a great team in Belfast, super friendly girls who were so helpful. This was my first visit and first purchase at Gym+Coffee and it won’t be my last. Unfortunately the device for swiping my voucher card was slow to operate but the girls were very relaxed about it and made me feel very welcome while I waited. All 3 girls deserve a mention for their friendliness. It made a refreshing change from getting grunts and nods in other establishments

I have purchased from gym& coffee multiple times before and recently purchased the horizon layer jacket. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was too big so I went onto the returns portal and requested a return but never received the shipping label. I went back onto the returns portal to try again but the item is now greyed out as if the return has already been requested. I therefore sent an email to customer services but received no response. I went onto the fb group and added a comment on a post and they asked me to send a message via fb messenger which I did, but still no response. Since then, I have emailed a further twice and posted multiple times on the fb group. Nothing . . Extremely disappointing customer service.

I was shopping for my sporty 19 year old nephew and had no idea what he would like. The assistant was really helpful and explained the different materials and their purpose. He directed me to the new season colours and helped me choose a jacket and t-shirt. I normally shop in G+G for myself online but the advice I received in the Clubhouse was invaluable.

This company is truly amazing! So far I have purchased 3 fleece jackets. Shipping to Melbourne, Australia was so quick. Their products and quality, customer service is absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend purchasing!

I had a really great experience shopping in Gym+Coffee. I popped in to pick up a gilet and the store assistant could not have been more helpful – friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It made the whole visit so easy and enjoyable. The store has a great vibe too, with plenty of choice and a really welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back again – highly recommend both the products and the service! Very hot though

I bought pants online but they were too small. They deducted £4 postage and a £3 return postage fee (yes, yes it says in the return policy) from the refund. Wish I had ordered from John Lewis and it would have been free.

The staff at the store were so helpful in helping me select a jumper. Really clean store with a variety of different styles and sizes to suit everyone! 10/10 customer service ✨

Style over substance for sure! Got sucked in by the influencer marketing but £65 for a mediocre thin fleece which feels like Primark leaves a sour taste. Oh well, you live and learn but maybe don’t make my mistake!

Fantastic staff, easily to find products

I have bought many items from Gym+Coffee and I have always been really happy with the quality and sizing. Their fleeces and jumpers are super soft and comfortable. They could do with more choice in leggings eg. material types for different sports/leisure and colours. It would be nice to make a full outfit without having to buy the leggings elsewhere.

This was a present for my sons birtthday and he likes it very much, fits him well.
