Poor customer service
I have purchased from gym& coffee multiple times before and recently purchased the horizon layer jacket. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was too big so I went onto the returns portal and requested a return but never received the shipping label. I went back onto the returns portal to try again but the item is now greyed out as if the return has already been requested. I therefore sent an email to customer services but received no response. I went onto the fb group and added a comment on a post and they asked me to send a message via fb messenger which I did, but still no response. Since then, I have emailed a further twice and posted multiple times on the fb group. Nothing . . Extremely disappointing customer service.
