Was easy to use

I just booked s hotel through this site and they charged me more than double than the price that was shown to me. No refund possible. Full scam.

Buon giorno hotel bello servizio pessimo e attenzione a prenotare perché mi è stato addebitato su la carta credito visa 406 $ per 1 notte e io avevo riservato con pagamento a arrivo prezzo 289 compreso tax pensavo che le 406 era come deposto e quando facevo cek hout mi ridavano la differenza ho chiamato e chiesto in hotel nessuno mi risponde questo è un fraude stai attenti a prenotare 😡😡😡

This site added additional charges to the hotel room reservation which it did not notify me of at the time of booking

Worked out of the box

I wanted to reserve a hotel room on their website and I saw a great offer at 54 Euros but when I confirmed the booking they charged me 79 Euros. They said in the email that they added about 5 Euros for tax recovery charges and 20 Euros for service fees of which they said nothing in the original offer. I think it's not fair, even borders on a scam. I asked for cancellation of the booking.

Rate seems to have changed, original $716.22
