SCAMMERS!

This is a scam wesbite that inserts themselves between the legit hotel website and you - the customer. They don't show you ahead of time that there will be a service fee in hundred of dollars above the price they show you per night. You won't be able to get ahold of their customer service, you can't easily cancel even within a couple of hours, even if you made a mistake. Be aware - this is a scam!

This company is an aggressive predatory…

This company is an aggressive predatory opportunist strategy to capture and hold financial hostage to unsuspecting customers. I thought I was booking with the hotel directly. This reservation was made in the midst of a dangerous storm in my city. Both myself and the hotel manager were on hold one hour each trying to get the last night cancelled due to the storm and each of us were promised it would get taken care of. Instead I got the full bill. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Book directly with your hotel.
