This company is an aggressive predatory opportunist strategy to capture and hold financial hostage to unsuspecting customers. I thought I was booking with the hotel directly. This reservation was made in the midst of a dangerous storm in my city. Both myself and the hotel manager were on hold one hour each trying to get the last night cancelled due to the storm and each of us were promised it would get taken care of. Instead I got the full bill. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Book directly with your hotel.
