There is always a helpful person at the end of the phone, engineers come out promptly if there's a problem, and are friendly, helpful and tidy. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to get things sorted. It gives me a great sense of security, knowing I can call on them when needed.

There was not enough communication within the company. The staff were not prepared in advance and asked me what the problem was when they arrived. The staff did not explain whether it was the water pipe or the water tank that was leaking. They hurriedly replaced the parts and left without a thorough inspection. When I noticed another spot leaking constantly, the clerk who was cleaning it up expressed his impatience and explained that the leak would stop automatically after 15 minutes. He just glanced at it and left without trying to fix it for me. Now 30 minutes have passed and the situation has not improved at all, it is worse than before he came. I still got a running toilet but more water waste than before. Before the staff arrives, they should clearly understand and prepare for the repair work to be carried out. They should also explain the procedures and on-site conditions to the guests before and after the repair. They should also take time to observe and test whether the water leakage has been properly repaired. They should not make excuses or even deceive the guests by saying that the water leakage will stop automatically after 15 minutes.

Great communication re timing of engineer visit for annual service. Nick was very professional, polite and helpful. Initially only used Gregor because they did the installation in our new-build and their details were on the boiler but very happy to continue to use them.

Nick actually moved fixed items to ensure there was not a leak. Nick then replaced items and put the mastic back as it was before. Very professional worker, cleaned and tidied any mess made.
