Chatbot 40 min wait when told ‘up next’!
Joined chatbot at 10.17 at “first in queue” then after around 20 minutes was updated to “You’re up next!” (I felt the exclamation mark meant I’d be chatting to someone very soon - sadly not). It’s now 11.00 and I have only just now been connected to an agent. If the company is so delayed in getting to customers, why not advise them? Other companies seem to be able to do this and manage expectations. Extremely disappointed with the service and wondering how they will do when I want to take my pension!!
