There was not enough communication within the company. The staff were not prepared in advance and asked me what the problem was when they arrived. The staff did not explain whether it was the water pipe or the water tank that was leaking. They hurriedly replaced the parts and left without a thorough inspection. When I noticed another spot leaking constantly, the clerk who was cleaning it up expressed his impatience and explained that the leak would stop automatically after 15 minutes. He just glanced at it and left without trying to fix it for me. Now 30 minutes have passed and the situation has not improved at all, it is worse than before he came. I still got a running toilet but more water waste than before. Before the staff arrives, they should clearly understand and prepare for the repair work to be carried out. They should also explain the procedures and on-site conditions to the guests before and after the repair. They should also take time to observe and test whether the water leakage has been properly repaired. They should not make excuses or even deceive the guests by saying that the water leakage will stop automatically after 15 minutes.
