Very disappointed with service
Very disappointed with service. I ordered boots which were visibly faulty when I received them. They asked me to repackage and return them to their shipper, which I did on 26th September. They advised me the item was no longer in stock in my size and so they could not replace them. I got an email today, 7 working days later (8th October) to say they would refund me the cost of the order less the shipping costs. This is surprising and very unfair to have to pay the cost of them shipping me faulty goods. I did contact them and say this, but they still declined to refund the shipping costs. I won’t be ordering from them again.

This purchase was made easily through the internet and Greenes delivered the correct size without a problem. The fit is perfect and I enjoy the style and color. The best part is I live in Michigan, U.S.A. and I was able to make this purchase while visiting Ireland. Delivery to my home was not an issue.

Great website and fast delivery. Happy customer. Took one star off because the box was damaged- not sure if sale price meant it was old stock and therefore the box had been damaged over time. But product was good so no return required.
