Well Structured and Insightful learning experience
I recently finished a 4-month course "Data Science – AI/ML No-Code Tools" from Great Learning (MIT), and it was even better than I expected. The course is designed for professionals, including those in leadership roles, and is accessible even to individuals without a coding background. It was well-structured and easy to follow. It included video lessons you can watch at your own pace, live sessions with mentors to clear doubts, and hands-on practice using tools like RapidMiner and KNIME. There were also lots of real-life examples to help apply what you learn. The content was great, everything ran smoothly, and the program coordinators were very supportive. I highly recommend it!
The course is well designed
The course is well designed, challenging and definitely covers a great deal of content. Though quick paced, the projects give us real world problems and good experience solving them. I am enjoying the course, with a sense of accomplishment as I move forward with every module!
MIT ADSP program review

“AI for Leaders” - invaluable experience
The "AI for Leaders" program provided an invaluable experience that has significantly enhanced my understanding of artificial intelligence. The Data Modeling module gave me a solid foundation in how data is structured and used to build predictive models. The Neural Networks session was eye-opening, offering insights into deep learning and its applications in real-world scenarios. I particularly enjoyed the Ensemble Techniques module, which taught me how to combine different models for improved accuracy. The guest lectures were a highlight, featuring industry experts who shared their knowledge and practical experiences. The hands-on experience allowed me to apply concepts directly, solidifying my learning. A journey worth mentioning with a GreatLearning program
I'm enrolled in the Set24/Jan25 MIT-IDSS program: Making Data-Driven Decisions, delivered by GreatLearning. On December 23rd, 2024, I submitted my final mandatory requirement for the program. This has been, by far, the best online educational experience I've had. I've rated it 5 stars for numerous reasons, and I'd like to highlight a few key aspects. 1-) The program's support system exceeded my expectations. The assigned Student Program Manager was exceptionally helpful, ensuring all student queries were addressed effectively and promptly, not just mine. This was a major contributor to making my experience so remarkable. 2-) In addition to the Students' Program Manager support system, I'd like to mention the Program Syllabus, a well-crafted blend of depth, breadth, and practical relevance. 3-) Extra study material available in various forms and media that I can continue to use for years after finishing the program. 4-) The mentored learning sessions offered a unique opportunity to see the practical application of theory and best practices in real-world scenarios. 5-) The course's online platform (Dashboard, Help, etc.) seamlessly integrated me into the learning experience and ensured I was aware of each step of the learning process ahead of time. 6-) The total availability of the teaching staff to connect with us beyond the course platform, on their own personal time and social media accounts of choice, is something I can't stress enough. Thank you all! After going through these last 4 months of the program I gained a solid framework for continued self-development by exploring the wealth of available materials, as well as the confidence, and proof, that I'm not alone should I require any additional help henceforth applying the new skills and knowledge in my work. This has been a transformational experience all around, for me. Since this is how GreatLearning sets things up and runs each of its course offerings, I would highly recommend anyone meeting the requirements to take the program that best matches their interests and go for it, because it's an investment well worth your money, time, and expectations.

I recently completed “No Code AI and Machine Learning: Building Data Science Solutions” from MIT faculty in collaboration with Great Learning. The unique no-code approach empowered me to build ML and AI models without deep programming expertise, while the curriculum and mentored sessions were extremely insightful. I especially valued the GenAI project analyzing restaurant feedback to uncover sentiment and improvement areas. Computer Vision stood out as a favorite chapter, showcasing how image-based intelligence is transforming various fields like healthcare and robotics. Together with GenAI, these technologies are increasingly vital, driving accessible innovation and deeper data-driven insights in today’s rapidly evolving world! Challenging but a ton of learning and well worth it!
The Great Learning Applied Data Science Program was a great learning experience for me. I didn’t have a lot of background in data science, so the material came at me fast and furious, but in the end, it was well worth it. I’m glad I invested the time to learn more about this increasingly relevant topic. The MIT professors are great, their lectures are very informative, and they take a lot of time to answer questions. The Great Learning also has a great platform and support staff who is always available, responsive, courteous, very helpful, etc.

I recently completed the AI for Leaders post-graduate program at Great Learning, and it has been an eye-opening and transformative experience that I believe will benefit me for years to come. As a Healthcare enthusiast and business leader, the program has provided me with the technical understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its practical applications, while also emphasizing leadership strategies to effectively manage and implement AI-driven solutions in medical and business realms. This program has not only deepened my technical acumen but also shaped the way I view the future of things in an increasingly AI-powered world. The AI for Leaders program is structured in a way that provides a deep dive into key aspects of artificial intelligence, blending theoretical knowledge with practical insights, all while remaining highly relevant to leadership roles in any discipline. The program was delivered through a combination of prerecorded sessions, practical exercises, and online industry sessions that brought in real-world perspectives from professionals actively shaping the AI field. The modules covered included; 1. Generative AI This module was fantastic and relevant, focusing on supervised and unsupervised learning, Discriminative and Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Transformers and Prompt Engineering. 2. Deep Learning for Leaders Deep learning was one of the most exciting fields within the AI course, and this module provided an essential overview of deep learning. Areas covered included; Introduction to Natural Language Processing, Different tasks in NLP, How are NLP problems solved?, Building an NLP model, Sentiment analytics and Case studies that helped to put theory into perspective. 3. Discovering Patterns in Data Another valuable aspects of the program was learning how to identify and harness patterns within large datasets. The module focused on Segmenting datasets, detecting anomalies, clustering and dimensionality reduction. I particularly appreciated how the course linked these techniques to real life applications, helping me realize how data analysis can provide critical insights into things like customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency. This knowledge is especially important in the context of making data-driven decisions. 4. Neural Networks and Ensemble Techniques In this module, we explored the underlying structure of neural networks and how they can be used. The course started with Introduction to Neural Networks before diving into Activation Functions, Feed Forward Neural Network, Error and Loss Function, Optimization, Gradient Descent and Backpropagation and Learning Rate and Momentum 5. Data Modeling This was another hands-on module that provided practical experience in building and validating data models. We learned various types of data and their sources, commonly used statistical methods. We also covered model evaluation techniques such as cross-validation and performance metrics. What stood out was how this module emphasized the importance of interpreting model results and using these insights. 6. The Business of AI The other module we covered was The Business of AI which was an eye openers on matters AI. The module covered; Where is AI used (and what it’s not)?, Categorization of common business problems in AI, Making the business case for the use of AI & ML, The AI & ML landscape – ROI calculation for AI projects And even included Case study to ensure we understood the broader implications of AI, including its potential for creating new business models, its impact on workforce dynamics, and the ethical considerations that come with AI adoption. The program’s delivery format was well-suited for busy professionals like myself. The prerecorded sessions were engaging, detailed, and easy to follow, allowing me to learn at my own pace while still gaining a deep understanding of complex topics. The quality of the content was consistently high, with instructors providing clear, structured explanations of key concepts. The practice exercises were an integral part of the learning process. They allowed me to apply what I had learned and see firsthand how AI can solve real-world business problems. These exercises were well-designed, progressively increasing in complexity, and provided instant feedback, which was critical for reinforcing the material. The quizzes offered regular checkpoints to test our knowledge and ensure we were absorbing the content effectively. . I highly recommend this program to anyone in a leadership position who wants to better understand AI and harness its power for business transformation.
