Grand Velas Reviews Riviera Maya Reviews

Had an amazing time with the kids here. The family section has great pools and activities, while the adults could still enjoy quiet time in their designated areas. Food options were plentiful and accommodated our picky eaters. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view. However, we felt the service was inconsistent - some staff members were amazing while others seemed indifferent. The food quality varied significantly between restaurants. For the price point, expected more consistency throughout.

This resort truly understands luxury hospitality. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled perfectly. The suite was immaculate, dining was outstanding across all restaurants, and the spa treatments were incredible. The staff anticipated our needs before we even asked. Will definitely return!

Could not have asked for a better honeymoon spot! Every detail was perfect from the romantic room setup to the incredible sunset dinners. The adults-only section provided the peaceful atmosphere we wanted.

This place exceeded all expectations! The suites are incredibly spacious and luxurious, with amazing ocean views. The service was impeccable from check-in to departure. Every restaurant we tried had exceptional food quality. The spa treatments were world-class and the infinity pools are breathtaking. Worth every penny for a special celebration.

The resort is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. However, we had some problems with housekeeping consistency and the beach area gets quite crowded. The food at most restaurants was excellent, though the Italian place was disappointing. Staff tried their best to resolve issues when we brought them up.

Really enjoyed our week here. The suites are spacious and well-appointed, the spa is world-class, and most dining experiences were excellent. The infinity pools are stunning and never felt overcrowded. Only minor complaint is that WiFi was spotty in some areas of the resort.

While the resort looks impressive, we encountered several issues during our stay. Room service was slow, the beach was rocky and not great for swimming, and we had problems with our room's air conditioning that took two days to fix. Some restaurants were good but others were mediocre at best. Expected much more for this price range.

Nice property with beautiful architecture and decent food. The service was hit or miss - some staff members went above and beyond while others seemed disengaged. Beach area needs better maintenance and the loungers are often all taken by early morning. Spa was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Overall had a wonderful time here. The pools and facilities are top-notch, and most of the dining options are excellent. The spa is definitely a highlight. Only complaint is that some areas felt understaffed during our stay, leading to longer wait times for service. Still would recommend for a luxury getaway.

This is definitely a high-end resort and it shows in most aspects. The facilities are beautiful, food is generally very good, and the spa is exceptional. The beach could be better maintained and some of the pools get too crowded during peak times. Service was mostly great but had a few hiccups.

Grand Velas delivered an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail is remarkable and the all-inclusive concept actually includes premium everything. Our suite butler was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed.
