Disappointing for the cost

While the resort looks impressive, we encountered several issues during our stay. Room service was slow, the beach was rocky and not great for swimming, and we had problems with our room's air conditioning that took two days to fix. Some restaurants were good but others were mediocre at best. Expected much more for this price range.
