Grand Design Rv Reviews

The Momentum toy hauler looks amazing and has great features, but we've experienced some water intrusion issues around the garage door seals. Working with warranty department now - they seem committed to fixing it properly.

Perfect family travel trailer. Kids love the bunk room and we appreciate all the storage solutions. Well worth the investment.

Expected more from a company with their reputation. Multiple issues right off the lot including cabinet doors not aligned properly and plumbing leaks. Dealer has been working to resolve everything, but it's been frustrating for a brand new RV.

We've owned our Grand Design Reflection for two years now and couldn't be happier. The build quality is exceptional, and their customer service team has been incredibly responsive whenever we've had questions. The attention to detail in the interior design really sets them apart from other manufacturers.

As first-time RV owners, Grand Design made the process smooth. Their educational materials and dealer network support really helped us feel confident.

We've been living in our Solitude full-time for 18 months with minimal issues. The residential appliances and robust electrical system handle our needs perfectly. Grand Design really understands what full-timers want in an RV.

Grand Design's customer service is top-notch. They actually answer their phones and follow through on promises.

You definitely pay more for Grand Design, but the residential-style features and solid construction justify the cost. The only downside is finding service centers when traveling - not as widespread as some other brands.

Love our Solitude fifth wheel! The layout is perfect for full-time living and the storage space is amazing. Had a few minor warranty issues in the first year, but the dealer handled everything quickly. Only complaint is the slide seals could be better quality.

Our Transcend has been solid overall, but we've had some electrical gremlins that took multiple trips to resolve. The interior finishes are nice for the price point, though some of the cabinet hardware feels a bit cheap. Still happy with the purchase but expected fewer issues from a premium brand.

The RV itself is well-designed with thoughtful features, but our particular unit had several quality control issues that should have been caught at the factory. Slide adjustment problems and a few loose fixtures. Once everything was sorted out, we've been very satisfied with the coach.

After researching extensively, we chose Grand Design and haven't regretted it. The fit and finish is superior to what we saw from other manufacturers. The warranty coverage is comprehensive and they stand behind their products.
