My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Easy smooth process
The whole transaction was very fast and extremely straightforward. I was a bit disappointed in the price though which was nowhere near the headline rate and felt my phone was pretty immaculate (but the battery needed replaced so maybe it was fair enough).
