My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

If something sounds too good to be…
If something sounds too good to be true, it is. I was initially impressed by the quote this company gave me for my phone. After sending the phone in, they only offered a third! Felt like a total scam if I’m honest. I declined and they offered £25 more. Then after providing bank details twice as they declared PayPal payments have a fee, they still sent the payment to my PayPal account? So got ripped off by their evaluation and then ripped off again by their fees. Would avoid and send your phone somewhere more reputable as these guys do just feel like scammers.
