My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Confident and satisfying
The process is so simple and the quiet are very reasonable that can’t be compared on the high streets or other buyers. I felt most comfortable with the app which identified every stage of the process and made me far more confident . It’s very reliable and I will deeply recommend over and over again.

Was very easy to apply online to sell my phone and received the postage packaging the next day all prepaid,so within 2 days i got the txt to say they had received my device. So communication was excellent The only reason ive not given 5 stars is because i was a bit put off by the low offer i first received after the initial approx offer. But when i declined i was able to put a price i would accept,which was approved and was in my bank account 2 days later. So all in all very efficient service that i would use again Thank you

I really wish I could give higher
I really wish I could give higher, I know there was a bank holiday but they had my phone the Thursday and I didn’t get paid until the next Thursday and they paid me £7 short! Trying to get it seems so hard so personally probably wouldn’t use them again as I’ve found other companies pay much quicker. GMB231853 My order.

I was offered an extra £5 on top of the valuation previously given, and any concerns I had during the process were responded to within the hour via email.
