My first purchase from Grade Mobile…

My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Dreadful Valuation

Dreadful Valuation Offered me £228.00 for my perfect condition iPhone 14 Plus when Apple was offering £300.00 and their top price they could have paid was £359.00. Absolute waste of time.

The selling process was easy enough but…

The selling process was easy enough but overall disappointing. - the postage kit only included a bag not box - I posted in time and did not receive the extra £5 as offered in email - the original valuation was SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED for a “few minor invisible scratches from signs of usage. The reduction was £155 which is far too much. - unfortunately I am out of the country so had no option but to accept. But it seems they offer a high valuation to get the item and then reduce. I was incentivised by another £5 to write this review but not pressurised to write a good review which is actually good as it shows overall experiences are valid.

a lot lower than I had expected

Timing was great with this process fast and kept in the loop. Was estimated £75 for the iPhone and received a quote of £8.50 which is a lot lower than expected for a phone with minimal damage. I advise to expect this is your battery health is below 85% Order ID #GMB231957#
