My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Order GML243237 Been over a week and still not received my device. I have been told you are trying to source my phone which you clearly state online it is in stock with 2-5 day delivery. I am now being told delivery next week. This is not acceptable and disgusting service. I expect my phone to arrive this week. Whether you have to come deliver yourself. A quote from your website “ We offer next day delivery with every single one of our orders! As long as you place your order before 14:00 Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped out on the same day with Royal Mail TRACKED 24-hour delivery” not up to trading standards
