My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Super fast delivery and great value for money
I discovered Grade Mobile through Instagram, where I saw many positive comments about the company. When a friend of mine wanted to buy a phone, I recommended this store based on what I had seen. We placed the order in June, and to our surprise, the phone arrived on the 1st of July. We were impressed by the fast delivery, the good quality of the phone, and the very affordable prices. Everything came exactly as expected and the device works perfectly. It's great to find a company that delivers on its promises. I’m giving 4 stars only because this was our first purchase, and we’d like to see how the product performs in the long run but so far, we’re very satisfied.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Do not sell your mobile to this company. Online I was offered £175 for my mobile then when I went through and agreed to send my phone off the emails used the wording "UP TO £175". My phone was in very good condition visually and I know the battery health was good. I was sent the 'wrong report' offering me £11 for my phone. They then emailed me to say it was a mistake and they'd cancelled it. They then offered me £95 - I may as well have sold the phone myself. Not only that, because they sent me a wrong quote, the portal doesn't show up with my new quote to reject it. If you don't reject it within 48 hours they will just go ahead with it - so I fully believe that it's been made difficult for me to reject this offer on purpose. Absolutely disgraceful.
